The RG5170G-SVF has a superb appearance thanks to the combination of the Silver Flat finish, white pearloid bindings and gold hardware. These guitars are beyond the best and the RG5000 series will take you to a higher stage.

Fishman® Fluence pickups w/voicing switch (RG5170)

The Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker pickups in the neck and bridge positions provide an aggressive tone and a powerful attack. The Fluence Single Width pickup in the middle position delivers a warm, clear tone a stunning punch without excess noise. The Voicing switch allows the pickups to switch from a modern, active high output sound to a crisp, clean and fluid sound. (voicing switch is only effective at pickup selector switch position 1 and 5)

Super Wizard HP 5pc Maple/Wenge neck

Super Wizard 5pc Maple/Wenge neck provides extra-smooth playing.

Macassar Ebony fretboard

Macassar Ebony produces tight lows and mid range along with strong attack in the highs and quick response with rich sustain.

Lo-Pro Edge tremolo bridge

The legendary Lo-Pro Edge bridge offers maximum playing comfort with its streamlined profile and recessed fine tuners. Locking studs contribute to tuning stability.
