Music Store Live is very proud to offer up this Mayones Regius guitar in an absolutely gorgeous infinite purple gloss finish over a killer burl top and a neck that feels incredible under your fretting hand!
The Regius line provides an excellent balance between classic design and modern tone. The neck feels absolutely amazing and while it’s very slim, it doesn’t feel paper thin either. The Bare Knuckle TKO pickups are awesome! They’re hot and heavy and definitely designed with the modern-day shredder in mind. These pickups are truly custom made for each particular model. Of course, this one also has some fancy custom covers to go along with it, too. Mayones sends Bare Knuckle a Regius 6, for example, with no pickups in it, and no instructions on what to do. Bare Knuckle, using all of their expertise, then go ahead and create what they think is the best pickup for that particular guitar. The result is a perfect marriage of tonewoods and electronics the likes of which we’ve rarely seen.
The beautiful finish and gorgeous figured woods really put this one over the top, but are solidly backed up by incredible build quality and attention to detail in the construction of the instrument. It looks as amazing as it’ll sound!
