They’ve been well known for quite some time now for the absolutely incredible pickups that they make. As soon as we picked up one of their guitars, it became very clear that these guys know how to do it all! The level of refinment in this guitar is fantastic. The fretwork is on point and lets you dial in nice low action. The neck gives you a solid chunk of wood to hold onto but doesn’t feel like a toothpick in your hands. It’s going to remind you of a good classic 60’s C-shaped neck. The bolt-on design keeps the sound nice and snappy and there are no compromises in tuning stability or sustain either. The neck is an absolute joy for your fretting hand and the roasted maple feels incredible along with looking sweet from the heavy birdseye figuring.
The Porter Pickups in this are, of course, absolutely fantastic. The H90 is going to get you a P90 kind of sound but without any extraneous noise. It’s like a P90 on steroids, really. It sounds rich, warm, and smoth when played clean and packs a little more punch for when you want to add some distortion to it. The WRH pickup is going to be crystal clear and designed to give you a massive clean tone with lots of headroom. It’s really smooth sounding while giving you lots of definition and clarity in each and every note that you play.
This is a great guitar for hobbyists and pros alike. It’s an extremely high quality guitar with an incredible ease of playing and refined sound that’ll make you never want to put it down.

The Les Bois is named after Boise, ID and the word in french means “woods and trees.” The Les Bois was created for a more fixed pickup and single cut variation of our first guitar, the Khrosis. Both guitars utilize the same necks, but the Les Bois is a slightly bigger body and shows off more of the wood of the guitar. The Les Bois design leans itself to a familiar yet unique feeling guitar that is built to last!
