Combining the sweetest flavors, features and feel that PRS offers, this David Grissom Tremolo (DGT) is a player’s paradise. This one’s finished off with a beautiful blue finish over an upgraded flame maple 10-top.
A production line instrument with custom shop specifications, this guitar’s tonal depth and clarity raise the bar, even by PRS’s stratospheric standards. Vintage warmth, crisp high-end, responsive mids and rounded out lows all come singing out of this instrument with ease. It is both fast and luxuriously comfortable to play, and the trem system performs effortlessly and reliably. It’s set up for strings a little thicker than other PRS’s (this one comes with 11’s), but the Grissom neck along with the jumbo frets let you get the tonal benefits of heavier strings without really feeling the difference or having to work harder.
This guitar covers a ton of ground and will make a terrific companion on stage or in the studio, Grissom fan or not. It’s one of our favorite models in the PRS lineup, without a doubt.
